Online Registration For The Flyin’ 5K and 10K will close at 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 17th. Registration will still be available (for an additional $5) at packet pickup on Friday, May 18th from noon to 6 PM at The Historic Flight Foundation or the Day of The Race from 7 am to 8:00 am. We will NOT honor discount codes or discounted entries other than student entries for in-person registrations.
*ALL entries receive Entrance to Aviation Day, Finisher Medal, Race Number and Chip Timing.

Switching Distances:
IMPORTANT: If you switch distances without paying the difference and notifying the race officials PRIOR to the race, you will be automatically disqualified. Switching distances without informing the race creates confusion and frustration for other racers and the race organizers.
If you would like to switch distances, You must pay the difference in price, however there will be no refunds for switching to the lower price race.
Cancelled Race
In the event of extreme weather, acts of terrorism, acts of God, governmental ban or other factors outside the control of the race management, the race management reserves the right to cancel the race at any moment leading up to the race, including during the race. All decisions will be made in concert with local officials, and will be based on safety first and foremost.
Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between the management and local officials. Since the majority of event costs (entry forms, advertising, etc.) occur prior to the race, entry fees will not be refunded.
